Booth Details:

Vendor Booths

  • Vendor booths are located in the ARENA FLOOR
  • All VENDOR booths are 10′ X 10′
  • Everyone, including artisans, are allowed to purchase vendor booths
  • Single regular (non corner) booth: $125
  • Double regular (non corner) booth: $250
  • Single corner booth: $150
  • Double corner booth (limited quantities): $300
  • Not for profit single regular booth: $50
  • Not for profit single corner booth: $75

Artisan Booths

  • Artisan booths are located in the COMMUNITY CENTER FLOOR
  • All ARTISAN booths are 8′ X 6′
  • Artisans must be selling hand-made goods
  • Single regular (non corner) booth: $60
  • Double regular (non corner) booth: $120
  • Single corner booth: $80
  • Double corner booth (limited quantities): $160
  • Not for profit single regular booth: $40
  • Not for profit single corner booth: $60

Additional (all booth types):

  • This is an indoor event, so canopies are not required, but they are welcome
  • All vendors receive a listing on the official website, as well as a social media featurette
  • We will be equipped with secure WIFI for vendor merchant machines for the 2026 event
  • The date has been moved to SEPTEMBER to avoid the hot summer heat
  • Electricity is available for a $25 fee
  • Tables are not provided but may be available for a fee (limited quantities), chairs areprovided
  • Application does not guarantee space – you will be notified if you are approved

Vendor Cancellation Policy: Vendors who cancel their participation more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.
